WHY ORIGINAL BRISTOL BEER BIKE?
We’ve been operating beer bikes since 2013 across multiple countries and locations. We are industry specialists and have hosted everything from birthdays and corporate events to hen parties, engagements and private celebrations.

IS THE BIKE ELECTRIC?
No. The bike is fully pedal-powered and does not have an engine or electric assistance.
All guests are expected to participate in pedalling. Guest fitness and cooperation may affect the route and duration of the ride.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Your booking includes a private beer bike experience, a trained sober driver, cold drinks on board, cups, ice, Bluetooth speakers and full hosting for the duration of your ride.
PRICE STRUCTURE
The base price covers 8 guests, including drinks and a sober driver.
Each additional guest is charged £30 per person, subject to capacity and prior agreement.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Prices apply strictly to the number of guests booked.
Additional guests may be charged £30 per person, refused boarding, or both.
Exceeding capacity may cause delays, which will be deducted from your ride time. No refunds apply.
All payments must be made as one group payment.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
A minimum of 6 guests is recommended for safe and effective operation.
BIKE CAPACITY & MULTIPLE BIKES
Each bike has a maximum capacity and cannot be exceeded.
We operate one bike as standard. For larger groups, it may be possible to source an additional bike from a third-party operator, subject to availability.
Sourcing an additional bike may involve car recovery, transport or towing costs, which will be quoted separately and must be agreed in advance.
Bikes are booked per bike, not per person.
DRINKS ON BOARD
Cold beer is provided on board — no need to bring your own.
Each booking includes 32 large cans of beer or 4 bottles of Prosecco for up to 8 guests.
Each additional guest includes +4 large cans of beer or +1 bottle of Prosecco.
For safety reasons, hard spirits and externally sourced drinks are not permitted on board.
ALCOHOL SELECTION & AVAILABILITY
Beer, cider and Prosecco brands are subject to availability and supplier stock.
If no preference is specified, the standard beer bike option will be provided by default.
Guests wishing to book the Prosecco bike must confirm this at the time of booking.
Requests for specific brands must be made in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.
PROSECCO BIKE
The Prosecco bike includes 4 × 0.75L bottles per 8 guests instead of beer and must be requested at the time of booking.
DURATION & ROUTE
Rides last approximately 60 minutes, depending on guest fitness and cooperation.
The bike is not motorised and must return to base.
If guests struggle to pedal or follow instructions, the captain may adjust the route or duration accordingly.
Alternative routes or longer durations may be available at an additional cost.
STARTING TIME & LOCATION
Rides may be affected by traffic, guest fitness or operational requirements.
Minor delays may occur, but you will receive the full booked riding time provided guests are able to pedal. Starting points may change if required — please follow crew instructions on the day.
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF POINT
The pick-up point is: 78-86 Pennywell Rd, St Jude’s, Bristol BS5 0TG.
YOUR OWN MUSIC
Bluetooth speakers are provided. Guests control the music and should bring a fully charged Bluetooth-enabled phone.
TOILETS
We are unable to guarantee toilet access. Please use facilities before arrival.
WEATHER
The beer bike is an outdoor activity and operates in all weather conditions.
The bike is covered but not fully enclosed.
Weather-related refunds are not available.
Rebooking may be possible if requested in writing at least 24 hours in advance, within 3 months of the original date.
SAFETY RULES
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18. Valid photo ID may be requested.
Guests must arrive sober.
Unsafe behaviour, intoxication or failure to follow crew instructions may result in refusal of boarding or early termination of the ride without refund.
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES (ZERO TOLERANCE)
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.
DAMAGE & MISUSE
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the bike or equipment due to misuse, negligence, intoxication or failure to follow crew instructions.
Costs for repairs, cleaning or loss of equipment may be charged to the booking holder.
PAYMENT
A £150 deposit is required to secure your preferred time slot for up to 7 days.
Full payment must be completed no later than 48 hours before the ride.
Failure to do so will result in loss of the deposit and the booking being treated as a no-show.
We accept bank transfer only.
International payments must be completed in full after confirming your time slot.
LATE ARRIVAL
Late arrival will be deducted from your ride time.
Delays caused by incomplete payment are treated the same way.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
Changes to guest numbers, bikes required or booking details are accepted up to 28 days before the ride.
Availability after this point cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the ride are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 28 days result in loss of the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed within 6 months, subject to availability.
A new deposit is required and will be offset against the final balance.
If a rescheduled booking is cancelled within 28 days, all deposits will be forfeited.
CUSTOM REQUESTS
You are welcome to customise your experience. Let us know your ideas and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
We may take photos or short videos during the experience for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform our team before the ride starts.
IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
If something is not to your liking, please inform us before the ride starts via email or WhatsApp. Issues raised after the experience has ended cannot be addressed.
If no issue is reported during the experience, it will be considered successfully delivered.
